02. Key responsibilities
- Develop well-designed and high-quality code.
- Participate in the overall management of the project.
- Ensure the development of high-quality code across the company.
- Collaborate with internal initiatives.
- Encourage project and company technical improvement.
- Execute the right level of documentation for the project.
03. Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience maintaining a living and complex codebase with a modern stack.
- 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Experience working with US-based clients and in a dynamic environment.
- Nice-to-have: CSS, Node.Js, Scrum, GIT.
